Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel or change any appointments, I respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel your appointment without 24-hour notice, please understand that this will result in a 25% nonrefundable charge of the total service booked. No call/no show on the day of scheduled appointment will result in a 50% non refundable charge of the total service booked. Appointment reminders and confirmations are sent prior to scheduled appointment date for your convenience.
